Have you ever done some thing radical to change your appearance?

I once colored my hair and it came out orange, now that its 20 years later I can laugh!!!!!!

I tried to dye my hair when I was still in school at the age of 16 and I wanted to be blond " Such a mistake it all ended up being this bright orange colour with yellow strands sticking out I had to wear a hat to school and it didn't grow back for a whole year

While I had really young children....I let my hair grow really long ....so every day it was swept back in a bun.... or ponytail...... really boring...but hey I was a knackered young mum studying at uni lol

Then one day after having a bun for like 7 years.... I was stood in a cue at the post office..... after waiting there for about 7 minutes...... I just decided there and then to go the hairdressers..... so off I popped to the nearest one......

They were empty (not a god sign but hey I was on a mission....a mission I hadn't

even thought of half an hour earlier)

I got my hair cut, funky layering, thinned out and straightened with bright red flashes running through......

I got back home, lol hours after with no bills paid and no shopping done... hehehehe but I looked fab!!!!

it made a huge difference and everyone commented on how glam I looked...... it was great..... a new lease of life lol
