There seems to be a big Islam vs Christianity battle happening (and Religion vs Atheism) Here's a tip. Nothing can be shoved down your throat because...you don't have to read it. When someone posts Muslim ideas in the Islam threads they should not be chastised for having those beliefs unless the criticism is coming from another Muslim who disagrees with the interpretation having read all the literature and studied the religion. A belief is a personal belief and all are welcome to their own.

When someone posts under Christianity they should not be berated for having Christian ideas.

When someone post under Judaism they should not be berated for having Jewish ideas.

Get my point.

If Islam drives you crazy, don't read these threads. Then you can't be "victimized" by these "bold" ideas and you may save yourself a lot of grief. If you choose to respond and question ideas presented here, please be respectful of where you are.

Well said Koan..

Personally I am here to learn and broaden my sense of the world. And if I can accomplish even a part of that, then I would consider it a personal victory..

have a grate day and be well...

Your right. I was out of line. Point taken. I have studied several religions including Islam, but can not claim to be proficient in Islam. See ya on the poetry threads.

Point taken Koan, have to admit i never look at the section that posts are in i tend to read a post and respond.

I must have assumed it was the thread "Allied troups should say sorry" as i was so used to Abdullah's rants & quotes in that thread.

In future i shall steer clear of the Islam forum and leave Abdullah to rant..sorry "debate" with all the other mulims....
