The Ectomys

A friend that I had not seen for 20 years complemented me on my appearance and inquired as to my health. I replied that my health was fine despite the "Ectomies". He asked "what are Ectomies", and I replied, Cholesystectomy, Thyroidectomy, Prostatectomy, Miniscectomy, Tonsilectomy. I guess one of the reasons my weight has stayed the same as when I was 25 is due to loosing body parts.
