Last time I went to Paypal it allowed anyone to give a credit card for payment without even opening a Paypal account.

Paypal has both my bank account and my credit card info, but it says my account is limited till I accept the new user agreement. I found the agreement on Paypal but cannot find where to "accept" it. So I emailed Paypal.

I think I want to get a membership.:D

Hi Cinamin,

Yes, PayPal is the only way to pay for a sub. We use PayPal because it's convenient for the majority of our users and the upgrade of your account happens immediately.

Have a great day!

So I emailed Paypal. On the first paypal screen you get to, as well as the account login there's also "Don't have a PayPal Account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)" control button. That, I expect, would work. It's possible that if your credit card is already registered to a Paypal account the payment system would refuse that card.

Well is there a number I can call to give my credit card or an address where I can mail a payment? I really want to get a paid subscription so that I can upload stuff onto my profile.:D

If you use the "don't log in" option I mentioned earlier, is Paypal rejecting your credit card?

No, Paypal says that I didn't agree to the "new user agreement". But I don't know where to go to agree to it. I'm assuming I didn't click on something when I joined. So I've tried to resolve it. But they have not gotten back to me wen I email them.
