I dunno but being in hot weather always makes me feel better, if I have a cold or my knees are hurting, etc. :-6

Depends on the cause of the pain - if it's inflamation (including migrane) or feaver then chill, for most else then heat.

I always use cold on sprains heat on sore muscles.
