Mac Media Center Project!

As you may or may not be aware, Apple has just released the Mac Mini, a small-factor computer designed for entry-level Mac users.



Interestingly, an independent project has been started - the Mac Media Center Project - which aims to turn the mac mini into a full-fledged Media Centre, similar in function to Microsoft's popular Windows Media Center. This would make it an audio player, movie player...essentially the digital 'hub' of your living room.

This looks like a good project to follow for you Mac people out there.

I don't see why they're bothering to be honest. The Mac Mini can already play just about every format known to man pretty much out of the box.
