A beauty contest in Manchester for black women is causing a bit of a stink

I wonder what would happen if we had a miss white beauty contest.

Smack of segregation?

That reminds me of the fact that we have BET (Black Entertainment TV) here in the states. Why is it alright for one, but not for all?
