Hotel Plans for Rusty Hoose

A local business consortium have drawn up plans to convert the world famous Rusty Hoose of Lemmington into a 30-bed luxury hotel. The plan, if approved, is to build the hotel, which will include a swimming pool a sauna a gym a conference centre and a function suite, underground with the rusty hoose used as the reception/ entrance to the development below.

The Linoheart consortiums chairman Mr. Ludovic Peedee said “Hopefully we will gain planning permission for this project which will bring much needed employment to the area. Our plan will enhance this majestic building and bring in more tourists and that is what we all want, is’nt it?

The consortium plans to only employ people from Belford as they well adapted to rooting around in the dark below the surface. “ We will be transporting the Belford “Moles in to the site after dark so as not to terrify the local population and tight security will prevent them from escaping said site manager Gandalf Swish.
