In my opinion, Putin had every reason to nail Berezovsky (if the assassination attempt was his doing). The obvious solution would have been for the UK to hand over the crooked tycoon to Russian authorities in the first place, where the swine would have been brought to justice. Berezovsky has made no secret of wanting to plot a violent revolution in Russia and overthrow Putin's government. He was one of the “Russian oligarchs who cheated Russia out of billions in the transition from communism to the free-market, and a gangster who was likely responsible for the murders of rivals.
Two great nations like the UK and Russia should not be forced to punish each other and lose billions through trade over men like this.

Did we not provide political asylum to Marx, Engels, Lenin and Trotsky? They made no secret of wanting to plot a violent revolution in Russia and overthrow the government of the day.

Now you mention it Spot, the UK has often been the favourite destination for Jewish/Zionist criminals.

You know full well that none of those four could by any stretch of the imagination be described as Zionist. How did that creep into the thread?

I'm not convinced that we know anyone's motives in this scenario.

At least half of them weren't Russian either.

Interesting you think the progenitors of the Russian communist state zionist criminals.
But the real point is that Russia and the UK have no extradition treaty and since we won't hand over people Russia wants to put on trial why should they hand over people we want to put on trial? We are quite happy not to allow extradition when it suits us.
Gordon Brown is just grandstanding. Goodness knows what he expects to achieve-negotiating a treaty might make more sense.
Whatever his motives or nationality I have no sympathy with any political leader that uses murder as a way of getting rid of political dissidents.

Russia is a nearly autonomous and strongly nationalist state, and this is why there is so much hostility directed at them from the Zionist controlled media. The Jews want to bring Russia down like they did Germany. They have always attacked any form of nationalism.

Irmin is referring to a booklet published about a hundred years ago which described a conspiracy by Jewish Elders to take control of the planet. It was based on earlier work and started life as a satire on the Jesuits. They were recast as Jews for political reasons.Seven years after the publication of Sue's Les Mystères du peuple, a French revolutionary named Maurice Joly plagiarized aspects of the work for his anti-Napoleon III pamphlet, Dialogues in Hell between Machiavelli and Montesquieu, which in turn was later adapted by the Prussian Hermann Goedsche into an 1868 work entitled Biarritz, in which Goedsche substituted Jews for Sue's infernal Jesuit conspirators. Ultimately, this material became incorporated directly into the notorious anti-Semitic hoax, The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.
