This move looks awesome!
Did anyone see the "documentary" on Shyamalan's Secret Life? Very cool.
(Smartly done. Setting us up.)
The cast is going to be:
Sigourney Weaver, William Hurt, Joaquin Phoenix, Adrien Brody, Judy Greer, and an unknown actress named Bryce Howard, who is very pretty and plays a blind girl in this movie. (Daughter or Ron Howard?)
This movie looks like it could be complex and scary. I liked "Sixth Sense" and "Unbreakable" I liked "Signs" to a lesser extent. This one may prove to be a real winner.

M. Night Shyamalan's The Village
It was good but I was a little let down at the end.

This movie was amazing! How anyone could watch this and feel let down blows my mind.

sorry I thought the flick was dumb.

M. Night Shyamalan's The Village
I think The Village was badly marketed. You expected a horror flick but after what seemed like 12 hours you find a cute twist but no horror. I thought I was gonna die in the theater watching this one! Thumbs Down from this movie fanatic.
"Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group that believes you can do these things. Among them are a few Texas millionaires, or businessman from other areas. Their number is negligible and they are stupid." M. Night Shyamalan's The Village
That is what I thought was so genius about it. Who in the heck needs another monster flick? This was much, much more. This was about interesting and unusual humans...and yes, about a love story. Can't give it enough credit!

Doctor Who wrote: Yeah, and even then, I had worked out the twist half way through, just like The Sixth Sense. This guys films are sold as being intelligent, etc...GIVE ME A BREAK!!
