But if I, Michael Jackson, were to say, 'I'm an alien from Mars and I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight', people would say, 'Oh, man, that Michael Jackson is nuts. He's cracked up. You can't believe a damn word that comes out of his mouth.' " Michael Jackson

Unless its a Kodak or Hallmark ad I won't watch. In 41 years time, moms still do all the cooking, cleaning and washing and men are still stupid. I just can't buy that.

We have screaming Billy Mays out here who can't talk under 400 decibels, selling his magic cleaning products.

How about infomercials?! AUUUUUGGGGHH!!!!!

There is one out now, I think it is an insurance ad. Anyway people do really nice things for other people. like stopping a guy about to step in front of a car etc. I really like that one. I still after three years still like the little Geico animal. Hate the hairy cavemen they keep putting in, think they are going to have their own show next year. Eick!!

I've got almost all mentally tuned out. I just don't see them. Just once in a while one penetrates the force field. If I'm representative of the adviewing audience, this one that I do see must be a good ad - even if it's shocking in some way. Any advertisement that gets audience attention must be successful. Like all publicity is good publicity. Isn't it????? You ban a book - sales soar. You show bad taste in an ad, everyone remembers your product and may still be buying it when the initial reaction has long worn off.

Ads I remember - the RSPCA limping wombat, oh what a feeling toyota, marlboro man from way back, ... ???? not a lot there..

Most of the Car makers ads are good....I particularly like the Toyota yaris adds.....I have one and yes i do "love it too much" !

Most Insurance ads are rubbish..."make me happy"....I think not !

We have an advert here for the NCPCC...it always brings a lump to my throat. There is a particular little boy called Miles - yes I know he's an actor - but I just want to grab him and bring home.
