That i am going to pick myself up and stop feeling for myself.I went for a walk this afternoon which i intend to do every afternoon.Also i am going to start from next week to go back to w/watchers(much needed) then maybe go swimming.I am also going to enroll in collage in sept.

neffy any one can lay down play dead and feel sorry for themselves ,when i feel down i look at the fg ers around me and see how they have struggled through some of the horrors life has thrown at them ,i see how brave they are and it inspires me to try harder ,is there anything in your life that is really so bad that you feel down all the time come on girl if those other fgers can do it you can do it :-6:-6

Neffy I wish you the very best in your goals. My mother worked hard til she had a disabling stroke. I asked once why she worked so much when she didn't have to? I know what you are saying jimbo and i have always worked on that there is someone out there worse off than me.

I am a firm believer that there's a reaason why this had happened and one door shuts another one will open somewhere else

you jimbo it iws beacuse of fg that has been such a big thing in my life,maybe that is wrong but i just think so much of everyone here.I am not getting sappy just telling you all how i feel :-4:-4:-4

i stumbeled on fg just over a year ago ,the people on fg have inspired me to try again ,i had never met other people who had lost their loved ones and had been through so much pain it made me realise how much i had to live for now i try my very hardest not to get low and depresed :-6:-6

On that note....I was gonna post earlier to you Neffy.....I'm in the same boat as you to a degree...I just enrolled in College at the age 40!!! NEVER in a million years thought I could do such a thing....and My boys and I are all starting school on the same day in a few weeks....:yh_nailbi:yh_nailbi

I know it gets tough and really easy to get down in the dumps...but goodness sakes knows, it does NO ONE any good....Life is too short...and besides that Jimbo's bald head isn't just here for a mirror ya know!!:wah:
