ok, many of you know there is an individual, at my work that yells wolf, and runs to management, and boo hoos, only nothing has happened, and I am her target!!

The pharmacist before tried to get her removed from the p harmacy but couldnt, I have to be very careful on what I say to her, she has her head so far up the lead pharmacist butt, she could be a colonoscopy!!!

The truth is she sucks and no one else will tell her , and I am not allowed to , but she talks down to me. And she is trying to start a fight,

She can only win if you react.

There's a female like that everywhere you work.

I know its tough to kill her with kindness, but its the only thing you can do.

Have you ever tried asking or going to lunch with her?

Have you had a good honest conversation with her?

Have you ever told her that you don't appreciated her tone or statements?

Is everyone else having problems with her - other than the head Pharmacist?

Have you ever thought of getting a new job? It seems with all the problems you have there that it would be a viable option.

Hello-

In a pharmacy if an employee "sucks" you have some ammunition, in my opinion. There's not much room for error when doling out prescriptions. Take note of incompentencies and then you have something to back you up. She may be targeting you because she knows you can call her bluff.

Good luck and try to get along but don't compromise patients!

Red, I cant, and wont leave, because, I will not ever make what I make there, and the benies make it worth it. Also I am a single parent, and I am not the only one that she does this two,. But thanks for your concern......

but if u want to "fight n win" then u need to do a lot of exercise..

try to put yrself into her.. feel what she feels.. then think what i(she) should do aganist her(you). feel that what can make me(her) feel so low that i(she)'ll give up?
