i saw the lunar eclipse thing last nite

that was way cool, ok not technical here, but it was earths shadow upon the moon very cool and when it was nearly blocked out the moon turned a dark reddish black color with a we sliver of light below it... spectacular, Jr Minks and I watched it at 3AM this morning.

So very cool.

We had one here about 6 months ago. I made a big bowl of popcorn and sat with my daughters watching it. When the moon was shadowed it did as you said. We enjoyed it very much, the next time there will be one in Ireland my girls will be in their 30’s. Hopefully they will think back to the evening they spent eating popcorn with their dad.

We saw it briefly through the clouds this morning. A lovley sight.:)

The one night that I was glad I have insomnia... woke me up at the

perfect time!!



The sky was crystal clear, too.

that is awesome, yep Jr Minks said you guys over there had one awhile back. It was spectacular, we sat in my bedroom and looked out the window and just enjoyed it... purely magical :) Mike I hope your girls will remember it that way that is awesome.

Perfect view here, and at a civilised hour.. it started round supper time and finished about 10:30pm. AWESOME !!!!!!!

ya, I was really hoping that it would put me in labor! ya know, the moon and its gravitational pull and all- no such luck!

well just imagine there we all were all our eyes on the same place from all over the world how cool eh. Glad you all got to see it:D
