I've used the whitening strips. But I didn't like them, made my teeth extremely sensitive.

I've used Aquafresh.

The aquafresh white trays are made with the same stuff the dentist use. Enamel safe.

Did the whitestrips make your teeth look like the ones in your avatar? jk.

Yes, i bought a whitening kit from Ebay. I did loads of research beforehand and then went ahead and got it.

If you have sensitive teeth it will make you wince as the gel type solution seeps in but you just have to bear with it. trust me when I tell you that the 15 or 30 minutes you keep the trays in goes SLOW. But in the end the results are pretty good.

In other words: THEY DO WORK.

I just use a whitening toothpaste....my teeth are white-ish

enough. I smile a lot so I like them to look okay.
