This is my last day.

Without to much detail (I added that in my journal) today is a rather poignant day for me. It is my last one here at this job. A shame really because I have rode the highs and now the lows of this place. I still remember the days of having our president come in all smiles and clap his hands together and say "so who are we going to sell to today" Ah this last year has been such a change from that time. Sigh. I leave with good memories and a bit of sadness along with joy and relief.

I am happily looking forward to my new job.

As well my time on FG will be considerably less. I will no longer have a computer to play on. (Oh I know what you are thinking, Minks was awful at work always being on FG) ahahahaha. I will miss the somewhat "real time" chattering with many of you. I will check in from home as best as I can

I have been on FG far to long to completely abandon it

I have this afternoon left here (unless I get a shadow for the rest of the day) then I am away for 5 days holidays, and will be back October 30 and 31 then right into the new job Nov 1.

OH NO Minks! Don't leave us 'day-time' girls, we will miss you (who else is going to help us sort out Jimbo and Wisey

). I will miss our day-time chats, hope you can still get on at home often.

Its great to hear you are starting your new job soon. Leaving old jobs - remembering the good and the bad times can be very sad.

Wishing you loads of luck in your new job - a new beginning, and hopefully the start of something exciting and wonderful for you Minksey :-4
