How do I post a YouTube vid?

I know I'm probably staring the answer right in the face, but please can anyone tell me how to post a video from YouTube? many thanks!

Book, copy the embed code from the YouTube video and paste it in a new subject box under the "My Favorite Videos" section of the forum. This only works in that section, otherwise you just post a link to the video anywhere else.
