Whiplash

Post by koan »

I got a mild case of whiplash from an amusement park ride a couple of days before Christmas (that music one that goes forward really fast then backwards really fast) I'm getting headaches every day, rubbed tiger balm on it last night and went for a cold pack treatment this morning.

Any suggestions? I just switched to Robaxacet instead of Tylenol.

I haven't heard of taking arnica in tablets. Interesting. :)

I used a massager on the base of my neck and that seems to have helped some for now.

I fear that the real problem is that I'm getting old. :-3

I'm a bit of an expert on neck pain. Ice then Heat and if you have them muscle relaxants. I prefer HEAT to ICE as it relaxes you more and that is what you want. If you have a neck collar put it on the less you move your head the better.

Don't go to amusement parks. :wah:
