Songs that remind you of Family Members
Ok we all have a song that reminds you of a certin member from your family the song The Living Years reminds me of my Mum in some weird way
"Why not just tell people I'm an alien from Mars. Tell them I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight. They'll believe anything you say, because you're a reporter. But if I, Michael Jackson, were to say, 'I'm an alien from Mars and I eat live chickens and do a voodoo dance at midnight', people would say, 'Oh, man, that Michael Jackson is nuts. He's cracked up. You can't believe a damn word that comes out of his mouth.' " Michael Jackson

Cecilia by Simon & Garfunkal - Reminds me of my daughter Cecelia (spelled differently but still pronounced the same way).

Living Years reminds me of my dad. Also, Because You Loved Me by Celine Dion brings thoughts of my brother, as he was there for me when I was going through some tough times, and he stuck right by me.

My daughter - she was learning the piano and I gave her the sheet music to this as encouragement. I must ask her one day how she's doing with it.
I found it on youtube, anyway. The guy at the keyboard plays like I type. The orchestra is one of the backbones of US culture, I've heard them before. The piece, Litolff's Scherzo, is one I bought when I was at school on an Extended Play 45 (that's a form of CD) played by Moira Lympany who (perhaps to get it to fit on the record) galloped through it in half the time.

Nullius in verba ... ☎||||||||||| ... To Fate I sue, of other means bereft, the only refuge for the wretched left.
When flower power came along I stood for Human Rights, marched around for peace and freedom, had some nooky every night - we took it serious.
Who has a spare two minutes to play in this month's FG Trivia game! ... My other OS is Slackware.

Not exactly family but my mate Andy can improvise like this too. But he's not 80 and had the notion sprung on him after an evening's conducting and ended up accompanying the piece for the first time ever.

Songs that remind you of Family Members
This song makes me think of the moments only family and loved ones share together. Memories and events that don't mean much to other people, but are cherished by the loved ones..........sisters, brothers, etc. Memories. A sweet, beautiful little song.
