Mags:-4 You are way too funny girl. That's a lot of washing:lips: I change my sheets once a week and twice a week when my washing machine is turned back on after the winter (my back porch isn't winterized and pipes would freeze) and clean towels everyday. Actually, I think I would change the bed linens more often, but I bought a new queen size bed and it needs sheets with deep pockets. Man, are they expensive. Also, it's in an awkward position and it's hard to change sheets. I literally have to hop across the bed, while huffing and puffing and squeeze into a corner.

I change the sheets about once every two weeks. Josh and I each have a towel that we dry off with, hang on a hook to dry, and reuse for about a week.

I feel gross now that I know that most of you change both more often :(.

What are you guys getting on your towels? We just wipe off clean water... what's dirty about that?????

Hey you:-6 You are so funny, and what you're saying is true.

It's a fetish with me and during the winter when my washing machine is turned off, I'll use a towel for maybe 3 days and that's it:wah:

I am constantly washing.... my hair, clothes, and myself. Geeze, I wash my hair every other day.............

Help LL, I need therapy :-5:-5 Help me please:-6

Take 2 xanax and call me in the morning. In the meantime, PUT THE SOAP DOWN!

Thanks a lot, LON! You've just given me a "Clean Towel" complex. I was perfectly happy not thinking too deeply about that.

Sheesh.

I wash my sheets about once every 2 or 3 weeks, and my towels the same, obviously when I have visitors (ahem) I wash them more often, so if I had a family it would be different as I like cleanliness, but when its just myself I don't mind so much about letting it go a bit longer, I am clean, but I am not anal about that kinda stuff, we are surrounded everywhere with bacteria and other materials (mostly through food), its not good or heathy to be dirty, but trying to live in (or create) a completely sterile environment is

a: pointless

b: bad for you

c: impossible
