DID I GET YOUR ATTENTION?



Advertising people must guess the general population is pretty stupid when they advertise this way. WHAT'S THE CASH PRICE??? It doesn't require a degree in Economics to figure that any cash back can only come from an inflated price to begin with, and that the no payments until the second coming has interest cranked into the price when you finally do start making payments. I am talking about cars, major appliances etc.

It's no wonder that people got sucked into the HOUSING LOAN DEBACLE. The lenders were certainly devious and guilty of seducing potential home owners, but still, the buyer must take some of the blame. If you can hardly pass a credit test as a renter, lenders should never have made home loans to these folks.

Plus, if you are paying INTEREST ONLY on a home loan, you are just renting.

Ah you say---------my home will keep appreciating in value and all will be well and I will make a ton of $$$$$$$$$. Well!!!!!!!!!
