American Parable

Post by american parable »

I'm new to online and new to forumgarden. Nice site. I'm a little slow on the uptake and definitely am not familar with "threads" and posting, creating profiles, etc. Looking to learn though. Retired from a day program that served developmentally disabled adults about 4 years ago. Recently came online to promote ideas concerning the film No Country For Old Men. Felt led by the Lord to "write the vision" so to speak, so that he who reads it may run with it. Hope folks check-out my take on the film at ******driving:

MOTTO TO LIVE BY:

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming.

WOO HOO!!, what a ride!!!"

I was almost tempted to say "keep taking the tablets", given the bit from Habakkuk, but I managed to restrain myself because it's not as funny as all that.

Welcome to ForumGarden, I hope you enjoy being here.
