I noticed the first story says the girls were in the playground during the evening? What were they doing there?

That's bogus. A ten year old is not a moron and knows right from wrong. That lawyer is grabbing at straws.

I don't know about the boy. Maybe his mom and dad should have made him come in the house if he couldn't handle play but heck, boys roughhouse all the time. Maybe it got out of hand. I don't know.

OOps! I only use the term 'playground' when I around referencing a school playground. So I misread these articles. :-6
