Brain 'pacemaker' for mood control

If it works it can't be a bad thing at all. I don't have the stats but depression is a huge worldwide problem, whatever the causes - drugs like prozac only help a minority of people. Though before i would consider the Brain Pacemaker as an effective treatment - i'd want to know more on the trials - what changes it really makes in the brain - and what the side effects were, the "bigger picture".
