A good idea?
Disabled people, sure. I'd have no problem supporting an arrangement like this. Drug addicts, I'm not sure. I'd have to really do some considering on that.

On paper and in theory it sounds great but isn't there the risk of setting up ghettos where disabled people and their carers would be isolated from the rest of the population?
I would much prefer that people of all abilities live together and be given the respect and care they deserve. Learning to live alongside each other and learning that a disability does not mean that a person has nothing to offer the community.
