Looking for a graphic artist

I am in need of a couple signature banners. To use here and at other forums. I have been collecting images of stuff that I'd like on it but I don't know how to use Photoshop and such and how to cut out images and blend them with pretty effects like i've seen on others' stuff. I don't have a definite idea of what I'm wanting so there's room for artistic wiggle room. I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in making one for me? If anyone is, we could talk about payment or working something out in trade (although I'm not sure what I might have to offer you) as I wouldn't expect you to do it for nothing. Thank you!
