Do You Use Cologne?

What is the name of your favorite?

I apply a splash of "Aramis" occasionally. Love the scent.

I had a half litre of 4711 I bought at an airport, it lasted me about five years as an aftershave.

At present I have

Armani Code

Perry Ellis

Polo (Blue)

Davidoff Cool Water

Davidoff (original)

Aramis

Givenchy

CK Obsession

The Perry Ellis and Armani would be for evening wear while the rest would be for a day splash.

Actually I dont splash. I spray a mist in the air and then walk into it. This would be the final step in dressing just prior to wardrobing in my shirt of choice.

The walk method of applying cologne is preferrable as the cologne kisses you as opposed to saturating or permeating myself thus possibly offending those I wish to attract.

On that note I dont wear it for anyone but myself however at the risk of contradicting myself it is nice to know others like the way I smell.

I might add that I have various deoderant soaps whith accompanying underarm deodorants.

If I use these soaps of course I would not be applying cologne.

Now that said as many of you know Ive recently lost all sense of smell due to using an over the counter nasal spray while I was suffering with a severe cold. The product robbed me of one of my senses.

Ive made an appt with an ENT for Wed Aug 6 08 at 1:50 pm in order to verify my medical condition.

Armed with documentation I will sue the makers of this product and accept cash in return for my loss.

Needless to say the art of smelling nice is lost on me.

Makes me wonder why I even replied.

Flinstones are on ! :-6
