Canadians killed in Afghanistan

Post by mikeinie »

Canadian soldiers killed in Afghanistan now reaches 89.

Seldom, do those from countries who are not superpowers get recognition for their participation and for their sacrifices. Yet is it countries like Canada who continue to support their allies quietly in the background.

You're absolutely right. They don't get enough credit or recognition. Most people in the US would likely say Canadians don't have any troops over there at all.

You are correct and it is shameful. All countries should be recognized for their support in war, and their killed in action honored.
ALOHA!!

just watched 3 more of our men yesterday ride in the crusade from Trenton to Toronto.

I can ONLY imagine how these families are trying to put their lives back together after their men fought for our country.....life for them will never be the same.

what a sheer waste of lives!:-1
Life is just to short for drama.

If they gave their lives for their country it wasn't a waste.

does not mean everyone that goes to war should expect to die.

I cannot help how I feel whenever one dies in a war.
Life is just to short for drama.
