Since I have just seen 'share your photos for our forum,' I thought I would introduce Qadesh here also for everyone to see, such a huge baby!
She is a siberian tiger, raised on a huge property just north of here, her owner raised her from a cub..........she has never been in a cage. She had her own streams, trees, rocks and her very own toys, her ball being her favorite to play catch with. The family provided her with an air conditioned home so when it was hot, she could come inside, she slept with they're four year old son.
She also had her own air conditioned limousine for shows, weddings, etc.
I consider myself more than lucky to have met her 2X, the first was here, she was sitting on a billiards table, I jumped up onto it and started patting her like a regular cat.....the owner gently moved my arm away and said, cats in the wild show they're love differently, he said to lean my head into hers, so as in this pic, this is when I had, her powerful head came whipping back onto my head...........I almost fell off the billiards table! The crowds were in awwwwwwwwwww!
Yes, I was scared, but my love for animals overtook the fear.
Click on her pic 2X, you cannot imagine just how big her head is!

MOTTO TO LIVE BY:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming.
WOO HOO!!, what a ride!!!"

I despise seeing them in zoo's, pacing, and pacing,
no life for them just to show them off!

ahhhhh that is heartbreaking, we have several here like that!
Alot of us did put up a petition on one........owners kept saying they were safe...................we kept saying it wasn't safe that we were concerned about, it was the tiny enclosures...............still goings on with it!
Tis like a neighbour years ago that bought a puppy, it grew and grew..........it was never allowed in the house..........everyone called on the poor thing.......it was always outside.............but, because it has a dog house..............there was nothing anyone could do about it!
don't buy a damn pet/animal if you cannot or will not care for it properly!
there, I have said my peace!
