Well, I am going to my TKD belt test tonight, and get to break my first board.

Any hints at what I should think of, to give my little old foot the exta umph to send it through the roof? :D

And wow, casino $'s hitting the ceiling, what a thought Mustang.

My husband said he would go, oh, that is a big thing for him to do. I think he will have fun.

Good luck on breaking your first board! I still remember the very first time I broke a board. :) Just remember to use proper technique and form and DON'T pull back once you've initiated the kick! Good luck tonight.

Yes. I believe she was inquiring about the actual test in order to obtain the next rank, based on what you've learned so far. What belt do you have now, Chonsigirl?

Oooh! That's a good one! It's easy to perform, fast, efficient, requires very little effort, is difficult to counter as there is very little movement needed to perform it, and delivers a powerful and devastating blow to the victim. Well done! Congratulations! :D

Did you inexplicably double over in excruciating pain, as if you were kicked hard in the groin at any time during the night? :wah:
