Save the eel campaign

It has come to my attention that Essex in England is guilty for the declining numbers of eels and elvers.

This is solely down to Carolly who likes nothing more than killing them and stuffing them in Jelly.

Well, it's not on do you hear. For one, we are British and the British should not be eating anything covered in aspic because it's revolting.

For two, eating jellied eels just encourages old people to cover themselves in buttons and start singing 'Burlington Bertie'.

Join Oscar's campaign now to save the eel. I fully intend to lobby Parliment to have the common eel placed on the 'At risk Register' and any further slaughtering of these cuddly lovable little rogues will result in prosecution.

I have just finished a washing size bowl of Jellied Eels that I purchased for Christmas:D.I took a picture of my last bowl of them last night(such a sad moment you see so I had to keep the memory in my heart) and Im going to look for that wonderful picture brb:D:driving:

Pie and mash is a traditional London working class food. Pie, mash and stewed eels shops have been in London since the 18th century and are still common in south and east London.

Pie Mash & LiquorThe main dish sold is pie and mash — a minced beef pie and mashed potato. It is common for the mashed potato to be spread around one side of the plate and for a type of parsley sauce called liquor (although it is non-alcoholic) to be added.
