If it shuts you up for 5 minutes, its money well spent.

You cant have some surgery done on your typing fingers can you ?

So it is all over & done with.

You should leave the ciggies where it fell, that will stop the need for more pain;)

Have a panadol & you will be fine.:-6

I never imagined you with wrinkles :) The trouble with botox is that it doesn't work well if you already have wrinkles. The derma filler can fill them out but the botox is more preservation. I've been very lucky for my age and can honestly say i don't have any wrinkes as i've always hated being in the sun. I had just a deep line between my eyes that made me look as if i was frowning all the time. I never had it until i became a member of FG :yh_rotfl

It must be in the genes. I think that applies in our family also. My mother never had wrinkles right up to the day she died but she hated the sun as well.

Ozzy???? I quite like that. Mulder is not a funny name for a dog. Nor is Scully :wah:

Mulder is pedigree and when he was registered with the Kennel Club he was registered as 'Jagen Agent Fox Mulder' :wah: I actually always call him 'Mouldy' which gets so strange looks when out.

Never get a pedigree-too many problems caused by inbreeding.

We.ve been lucky with the Ped's we've had and no health problems. Mulder had the hereditary eye tests done when he was a pup.

It's one of the Persian cats we have a lot of trouble with. She's always getting fluid on the lungs where she was born deformed with her nasal passages too far back. She also has barely no nose and no lips. We didn't breed her, she was rescue but I'd like to seethem out-lawed.

Maybe all the recent publicity and the withdrawal of sponsorship for crufts will change attitudes. Anyone who can chop bits off a dog just so they look "right " or kill pups because they have the wrong markings is very strange indeed imo.

It depends largely on the required standards for the breed, and the breed. In-breeding is not necessarily the problem.

Many years ago, we took a 'Maine Coon' kitten because he was born deformed. We just happened to be in the right place at the right time. If we hadn't offered to rear him, they were going to smother him. People like that should be prosecuted.

There is imo something wrong with people who insist on having required standards for the breed in the first place. Have a look at what say boxers used to be like and how required standards have ended up with a deformed animal that can't breathe properly.

Mulders father won best of breed at Crufts 1998 and 1999 and his mother was runner up. probably because there were very few 'Parson terriers' around at the time. It's the really stupid breeds i object to such as the Bulldog who has to have surgery to give birth due to the heads being too big to pass down the birth canal.

How did me having my face done get round to the subject of deformed dogs?
