Do you know what this means, and have you ever been a victim or the one commiting the act?

I think it is vial and horrid, be honest, if y ou have done this , please let me know why

The word is: MOBBING

No one is going to guess? I think Lon would know, just because when I was here two years ago as Indian Princess, he had posted topics with serious insight.

Mobbing is bullying harassing or inflicting psychological terror on one person by a group of people who gang up on this one person

If this is what your talking about, no I have never done this to a person but I have a friend who this has happened to and he ended up having a nervous breakdown:(

Yes!!!!!! You got it, this goes on at my job in a pharmacy every week, with the same two bullies, for 10 years, nothing and I do mean nothing gets done, they rotate their victims, They did it to me for four years, finally I called the labor board, and bingo,they find other people to eat.

did you read my post on bullying in your other thread about my two previous jobs?

nope, nothing does get done and its against the law to bully people.

that is why I walked out on two jobs.
