Screw my Brother

I feel so badly. I put money in 20 years ago and trusted him. He made me mad money. The unfortunate thing is that he has kept my money and I get charged MAD TAX on money I don't get. This year..........THIS YEAR............$37,000.00 tax on $30,000.00 income but I have to pay on $320,000.00 MAD MONEY.

Have you had to pay tax on that money every year? NV, you need to get out of that ASAP especially seeing that you don't get any of the MAD money. How can your brother let this sort of thing happen?

I sympathise deeply. I have saved money in policies for years and now i want to spend it, it have to give my Prime Minister 40% in tax :-5

I don't know what to say other than have you called the authorities in? Or the IRS

I am assuming that what ever your brother invested in on your behalf, your name and ID number were on record with this investment, otherwise you would not be required to pay any tax, and if your name was on the investment how could your brother take profit or income with out forging your signature?:-2

320,000?..........that's just to much money to loose.

is it in his name?....as you said you had trusted him?

--- take him to court as its in his name and he is forcing you to pay tax on it.

that is called fraud and is against the law.

if its in your name........did he give you a copy of of the agreement?

-take him to court....
