Easy Loss of FAT

Post by weeder »

To my horror I think I became quite fatish over the winter. I know the signs. The most blatant one for me is that I begin to feel that " something" is following me around when I walk. ( My butt, bum, whatever...) Cliccher was that pants that had been in the closet all winter, didnt fit. While my mother was up here with me, I had to fatten her up. Bought loads of groceries. Anything that would encourage her to eat, as she had lost almost 30 pounds. She loves bread. Pumpernickle, Rye, Grain etc..... I was eating right along with her. Shes been in New York with my sister for about 2 weeks. I got rid of all of the bread, and have been back to my own style of eating.

No Bread. Well, low and behold..... my pants fit. No big deal really. The elimination of bread alone really does work for weight loss. And really all it is , is another habit to break.

20 lbs easiliy gone when I divorced my first.

Another 20 when I divorced the 2nd.

30 lbs when I got rid of live in boyfriend of 6 years ( with the aid of anti depression medication) in Virginia.

Do you think MEN are fattening?? I do. They make me lethargic, stressed, and hungry.

:) What is your style of eating, Weeder? I could use some suggestions as well.

Weeder

Glad to hear the cut back / total rid of breads/ starchsssssssssssssss!!!!!

as I sit here & eat chips....:wah: everything in moderation

To rid your system of all the sugar & all

eat alot of watermelon and cantalope

the natural water will a great rinse for your system

alot - equals watermelon all day with a small meal if needed.

another good rinse is drinking vinegar - as in Pickle juice or just diluted vinegar with water. vinegar is good for your system.

how often??

I'd do the watermelon trick for a couple of days.... quick fast.

Ok My style of eating...

When watching weight:

Coffee Non Fat Creamer

Oatmeal 2% milk

Fruit

Lots of salad.. olive oil

Chicken

Fish

No Soda cookies chips dip desserts mayonnaise bread. No potatoes.

I eat Melba toast 3 pieces 70 calories

Mustard instead of mayo

Still dont give up wine... If I did totally, Id probably lose lots of weight.

When Mom was there

Buttered toast.. eggs.. english muffins

Steak, pork, sandwiches, mayonnaise

She asked me to bring home:

Chips

Chocolate

cookies

I ate the stuff with her.

You cant eat toast for breakfast

A sandwich for lunch with mayonnaise and chips

French bread with dinner....

And expect not to gain weight.

Thats tons of bread in one day

Along with perhaps a donut at 11am.. or a piece of cake.

Then a cosmopolitan before dinner

Your in the range of 3000 calories easy.

You have to do 1200 or less to lose anything.
