Fundamental Pizza Requirements Part 1

-thin crust

-sauce must be ample but not too much and not too acidic

-some of the cheese must be slightly browned, do not skimp on the cheese

-pepperoni must be of agreeable thickness (1/8" thick is perfect)

-slices must be intact upon delivery (no cheese sliding...unacceptable)

veggie does sound good, must try that. - wrong

thin and crispy crust - very good

bacon - excellent

mushrooms - good choice

pepperoni - its a mash of mixed meats then pressed into stomach casing

onions - no

green peppers - absolutely not

pineapple - maybe if your drunk and throwing caution to the wind

double cheese - goes without saying

Thank you

Trader Joe's sells a wonderful very thin crust French delicacy which has ham & swiss cheese & a little onion. Wonderful! I've meant to look in our local supermarkets to see if there is something similar in the frozen food section. (The nearest Trader Joe's is 100 miles away.)
