As a takeoff on "What did you have for dinner"?, how about not only telling what you had, show us. Get out your digital cameras if you have one, download it to your PC and let's just see what kind of good stuff you are eating.

My dinner tonight was pretty basic---------Creamed Chipped Beef on Wheat Toast with Broccoli, Tomato Cucumber Salad and a bit of wine.

Tonight I fixed Chicken Stir Fry with mixed veggies on a bed of rice. A bit of red wine as a beverage. Inexpensive meal (Cheaper than a Big Mac with Fries and Coke & more nutritious). And----------------oh so good!!

Most Saturday mornings I will play Pickle Ball from 8 AM to 10:30 AM. This morning I had coffee and a bananna before playing and had breakfast when I got home, consisting of three eggs over easy on two slices of rye bread toast, bluberries on the side and a glass of orange juice.

Neither have I and the photo is pretty dark. Still, it sounds wonderful. May I have one or three or four?

Your meals always look so good Lon, but I'd probably starve to death. I don't like fish, except tuna, hate rice, and hate most vegetables.
