I saw a documentary which said they also have the highest rate of food poisoning in the developed world.

Maybe they are peaceful because they cant leave the loo long enough to start any trouble?:yh_rotfl

You do realise that every time you post now people are going to say things like shouldn't this be in general chit chat or regional rather than current events?:yh_rotfl

Damn, we have dropped to 12th, from 6th last year, god damn recession making everyone go loco.

We were the 4th most peace-niking country in 2006 though, so its even worse, what happened to us in Ireland? It used to be about the peace, and having the loads of money and then wasting it on the rubbish, now we are broke and less peaceful altogether, but shure, be-god, its not that I would notice it at all.

New Zealand IS a pretty forward thinking place, they also have decriminalized marijuana and prostitution (perhaps thats why they are so peaceful!!)Also fantastic wines AND they have mountains AND they have fijords! They also dont buckle under international pressure to conform to the one world scenario.

That's an interesting article. America is 6 pts. better than the year before. At least we're not at the bottom of the heap with Iraq. I wonder what our next standing will be with all the unemployment and business closures.

Aaah, you beat me to it, Chookie. Explains why Ireland have dropped though - too many people on the Lions tour, and they've noticed Paul O'Connell.
The crowd: "Yes! We are all individuals!"

Lone voice: "I'm not."
