C'mon Bill----------we ignorant Yanks read this FG too and don't have a clue who John Ensign is. I read your post because of "Stinker". If you had put John Ensign I would have passed on by.

I have no problem understanding these idiots feeling they can do whatever they want and get away with it... they do.

I wouldn't even care that they do it in the first place if they could avoid appointing themselves the moral compass for the rest of us..

This sort of stinker gets *right* up my nose. Hopefully he'll never be involved in politics or a position of trust ever again.

"he became a born-again Christian and he and his wife, Darlene, were active in the Promise Keepers, an evangelical group. Notably, the Promise Keepers place great store by men keeping their promises"?

I have a great John Ensign quote too:Marriage is the cornerstone on which our society was founded. For those who say that the Constitution is so sacred that we cannot or should not adopt the Federal Marriage Amendment, I would simply point out that marriage, and the sanctity of that institution, predates the American Constitution and the founding of our nation.
