Why worry ?

Im very happy to see him face the glare of the public.

I honestly think the guy is like the old fashioned spiv, a wide boy, a chancer.

The only thing that may help him, is if his fellow panelists loose it, and he remains in control.

It is not so much what he says, but the way he says it, let people see how he reacts and the way he answers.

They were just talking about this on the tele as they were afraid that because people are so tired of this Government and many of the other Parties people may be taken in by him as he can be very convincing to some and yes I will be watching him.

If I were to be totally honest, then I would say I do want him to come out on top but not for the reasons some think. I believe in Democracy, freedom of speech etc. Weather any-one likes it or not... He is an elected member of the European Parliment and the key word there is 'Elected'. However obnoxious he is, he has as much right to speak as any other elected member of Parliment. It is the hypocrisy of the Government that I abhore, funding and supporting the UAF who have spent months trying everything, even threatening violence on the day, to stop him speaking. It begs the question... If he is all that the media portray... why not just let him speak and trash the BNP's chances in the election. The more the Government and the UAF protest, the more Marxist they become. What the Government and the UAF are doing.. is actually telling the people of this country who they can listen to and who they can't. So what does it matter to you if he comes out on top.. you say you just want him to be allowed to speak same as all the rest,,,, now you are saying you also want him to trounce the lot of them.. and for people to make up their own mind? or heed what griffin says?:sneaky:

Its insulting to me that anyone thinks i cannot make up my own mind ,, that i blindly believe what the press says ,, or any politician for that matter !

I did go and read their manifesto a long time back when you kept asking me to ,,, i read that ,, i read their policies ,,I researched "as you say". I made up my own mind.

I was the same as you. When I researched the BNP, I just found that it was not all the demons that the media portray. Griffin is capable of being Obnoxious but all that is printed is not true. The untruths have come from the media, Government and the UAF and tonight will be his chance to set the record straight once and for all and then we can make our minds up from the words from his own mouth. I also found it funny that the Tory's and Labour scrabbled around trying to find their most fearsome MP's to face him and not local MP's. That just tells me something. Im not campaigning FOR him or anyone else. Im not asking anyone to believe or disbelieve anyone. I'm watching a prog right now where there's a geezer saying that Griffin was attacked from the very beginning 5 to 1. I have to agree. I would say that about any politician. I thought the Lib Dem guy was very good. Please vote in my poll BC.
