Question for our Tibetan Members

When making"Thenthuk", do you use yellow or white onions or leave them out altogether, and, is this something that would be more satisfying to consume in the afternoon or evening?

Onions are never used when making Thenthuk

This recipe does call for onion.-----Just a difference in what part of Tibet you live

This Tibetan prefers yellow onions. Jangbus response is a bitter one because hes recently been segregated to the summit of Everest for a period of 15 days for getting his freak on with the Dalai Lamas 2nd cousin.
