Potatos are such a rich subject. Everyone here is an expert in one field or another. May I suggest you consider becoming our resident potato expert? No pressure but I think that would nicely fill a gaping void in our wide expanse of offerings here.
Not to imply you cant be so much more than potato guy but you have to admit it does sound enticing doesnt it?
