Phil Spencer who used to do his show in the UK, called, Location, Location, Location has just started doing a show in Australia.:guitarist



He now helps people from the UK who want to emigrate to Australia to buy a home down under.

I have never seen such beauty, the homes, the beaches everywhere is absolutely stunning!

He even showed a Kookaburra bird tonight, how cute!:guitarist

I live on the Northern Beaches in Sydney and not a day goes by when I thank my lucky stars that I am here.My house backs on to the BUSH and the Kooks wake me up every morning!!!
