I cooked a two pound pork loin tonight that cost $8.55 ( on sale) at 350 F for 70 minutes in the oven.
Outstanding!! In my opinion it is one of the best buys in pork. It's lean, as healthy as chicken and no waste at all. Along with new potatoes, spinach and a side salad and a bit of wine---------voila!! I can hardly wait for the leftovers.

Yum! I like pork too. Our Von's has the little roasts on sale quite often. I make them like a pot roast sometimes. Ever cook one with a little beef pot roast? The blending of flavors is very tasty.

True---loins are lean, but cooked properly they are juicy and sooooo tender.
