Interesting and Odd Sites

I'm visiting the son this week and filling in for mom who had to travel. When it is time for the 7 month olds nap, I take her into the room and bring up this site



SimplyNoise - The Best Free White Noise Generator on the Internet.



She's out within minutes, every time.



But while I'm sitting there patting her back, I had to wonder about the person who came up with this idea and what other strange but interesting ideas have become web sites that I am also unaware of...

Are there any strange sites you've been directed to by friends or family during your web travels?
I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

Folks who'd like to copy my intellectual work should expect to pay me for it.:-6
