They finally charged him, huh? They were holding him in solitary confinement all this time, which should be illegal if it isn't already and it's definitely cruel and unusual punishment.

It may be sensitive material - very slightly but, if you consider it, none of it operationally secret. It's diplomatic backgrounding, it's the exchanges that make sure the embassies sing off the State Department's hymn sheet and that the State Department hears justification for its policies.
