I didn't know you'd leave me

we never said 'Bye Bye'

sadly it happened so quickly

and I do know why.

I remember the day was monday

we'd gone out for a walk

but now I'm faced with reality

that no longer will we talk.

Why do people drink and drive

why can't they just think

that those two just don't mix

driving and having a drink.
