PC Can Not Wake Up from Hibernate or Sleep

My laptop can not wake up normally from hibernate or sleep. the only way is to press power button, and it shows my pc did not turn off normally last time. after the sytem restart it says the sytem has recovered from an accident shut down with the error of Bluescreen

My laptop is thinkpad t400 rq1, the OS is windows 7 ultimate

What should i do with the problem?

You're going to have more trouble fixing it than it's worth, I'd call that laptop obsolete and get it replaced. Presumably you bought it on a trip to the Far East. It should never be running Windows 7.
