I'm picky and its making people mad!!!

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It's a disorder that causes you to HAVE to do things a certain way or a certain amount of times. For instance: Many people with OCD have to wash their hands a certain number of times. They are really concerned about germs.

From that, I don't think you have OCD. I don't even see that pickiness as a bit of a problem. I also hate people who can't spell my name right. My name is NOT hard.

Hey Skittles - My 12 year old has OCD.......Ever line your shoes up in order and freak if they are not...How about if the butter touches the side of the crust and doesn't stay in the middle....or how about - having to have a NEWLY washed pillow case every night - just incase your drooled on the last one...Oh Oh Oh and my favorite - The shampoo - tooth paste and etc. lids have to be on and closed or you get so mad u throw them..Live with it - My daughter is a wonderful girl - but has to be on medicine...She use to cry when her sister would take her right shoe and put it in the wrong spot...She is MUCH better then when she was little - I think time plays a role in it.....I think you are just a kid who likes things just so---Hang in there.......... :p

My son had to have a divided plate so NOTHING touches another food.....

gosh OCD is a pain, but also funny sorry I had to giggle at it all. Jr Minks and I are the opposite and can't EVER find a thing because we have no sense of things in their proper places. ADHD at it's best

I suspect most people have one or a few funny little foibles which would drive other people crazy (mine is people who won`t take their empty cups or plates out to the kitchen after use!)

Hmm well thats it. Because of these small little rules i have people want to kill me! I don't know why i do it i just do. i mean whats wrong with being clean and neat?

And people find this a problem why? My daughter was very picky about her bed and bedroom when she was little. If you even sat on her bed, she went crazy! If she didn't have time to make her bed in the morning and would ask if I'd do it, she'd go nuts when she got home from school because "It wasn't made right". There was no way to copy the way she made it because no matter how perfect it was, it wasn't good enough. Thank God she outgrew that!

Nothing wrong with being clean and neat. I have been called a Neatnick & Mr. Tidybowel, but what the heck, growing up with a mother that kept everything spotless and four years in the military programmed me for being neat, tidy and organized. Can't stand clutter, and I don't have OCD.

As for the other rules you list? To each his or her own, but you do seem a bit picky with a couple of them. Blowing up is not necessary and demonstrates great intolerance.
