going on a road trip

Wahoo this weekend coming up is the long weekend, celebration of the queens birthday ... wow

ok not so wow I am no follower

But I am taking a road trek, just Minks Jr and myself. Going west to the mountains no reservations, just going till we drop and hope we find a place for a nite, if not sleeping in the van. Going to do some hiking and swimming and touring the hot springs of the Rockies. I am sooooo excited to take this trek with just her. The other daughter is going to come stay and baby sit my house so my pets will be sooo happy weeeeeeee Happy happy me. Anyway I just had to share.

Those are often the very best trips, minks! Unplanned, no particular destination, just go where the breeze blows ya. Sounds like a great time!! Take some pics and share when you get back! :yh_bigsmi

Enjoy yourself minks, hope you have a blast!!! Just watch out for the "them" Bears!!! The best road trips always seem to turn out as you are going, with no pressure to reach a certain destination by a certain time!!! Relax, & take in all the surrounding beauty of Nature!!! :-6

Thanks guys I am sooo excited to go, I shall take pics and bring back stories, too. It is one of my fave areas to visit. Bears Oh Cars you make me laugh. hehehehe Seems everytime I head for the mountains I have spotted a bear, that is why we will either find a hotel or sleep in the old van hehehehe

This is my second pick up and just go trip since my divorce.... one day I may not come back.... oh wait they could bust me for abduction hehehe. Yes when married we never ever did anything impromptu, so this is a double thrill for me. I am re-connecting to my wandering instincts from wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy back in time.
